Monitor application experience for business applications - discover what each of your employees are experiencing on their devices by leveraging Cloudmon DEM for digital employee experience (DEX).
Set the threshold levels, frequency, and duration for each parameter to be monitored. This allows Cloudmon to automatically raise alarms when thresholds are crossed.
Determine how alerts will be notified and who will receive them. If using a third-party ITSM tool, provide additional details for the ITSM ticket to be raised.
When alerts are received, click on the specific alert to drill down and determine the cause. Alarms are categorized as ‘Attention,’ ‘Trouble,’ and ‘Critical.’ If a runbook is pre-configured, Cloudmon handles this step automatically.
Once the issue is identified, run a pre-configured runbook if available. For new problems, follow manual troubleshooting to resolve the issue.
