Host on-premises or in cloud
Host on-premises or in cloud
Cloudmon controller may be hosted either in public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP etc.), on-premises in a physical server (Ubuntu Linux), or in virtualized environments (VMware, KVM, Hyper-V). Data security is ensured since the controller is installed only in the organization’s own controlled environmen
Agent & Agent-Less Operation
Cloudmon agent software installed on devices, as well as agent-less methods such as SNMP and WMI are used to provide telemetry regarding health and performance. Cloudman agents are supported in Fedora, Ubuntu, SUSE, RHEL, Amazon Linux, Windows and MacOS. The data is transmitted to the controller over secure channels.

Integration With IT Service Management (ITSM) And AI-Ops Tools
Integration With IT Service Management (ITSM) And AI-Ops Tools
Cloudmon raises alarms when configured thresholds are exceeded in any of the monitored entities and notifies through automated dashboard alerts, emails, text (SMS) and messages in Slack, Teams etc. Response to alarms can also be setup to automatically perform automated remediation through pre-defined runbooks as well as to open tickets in third-party ITSM tools with or without support for AI-Ops.
